- Pediatric add-on: $40/month per child (under 18) — requires at least one adult member
- Adult child add-on: $40/month (ages 18–26, living at home)
- Household discount: 10% applied when multiple family members enroll
- Month-to-month — no annual contract required. 30-day cancellation notice.
